The barn is 32 feet wide, 36 feet long, and has 10 feet high trusses and end doors. It has a center isle with 10' x 10' sliding, all-steel doors on both ends. All except the stalls is concreted. It has 30amp 220V power and house water. It is completely lighted as well. The stalls are built with 2"x6" treated lumber and 3/4" treated plywood exterior Dutch type doors. It has a 4 foot overhang on the front so the tops half of the stall doors can be left open on rainy summer days. A large center roof vent and insulated roof help keep it cooler in the summer. There are 4 large skylights so it is real light inside. There is a heated automatic waterer on a concrete base in the wall between the stalls.
